¿How can I make a reservation?
You can make it directly on our website, calling us on our phone number or sending an email. We apply discounts for early reservations. Bear in mind that booking directly has exclusive advantages.
Check-in / check-out time
Check in is at 5 pm and check out at 10 am. Notwithstanding, you can call the day before your arrival in order to check if you can check in before the expected time. You might have the possibility to make a late check out by asking to reception, it will depend on our cleaning staff and the day.
¿How does our laundry service work?
We change your bedlinen, towels and cloths for free up to times per week. Moreover, we provide a laundry service for your personal use. For only 2.5€ you can ask our staff to wash your clothes by using the program that you prefer.
¿Are pets allowed?
Of course!. Pets are welcome to Tamarindos. Furthermore, if you book directly with us you can bring your pet for free.
¿Is the parking included in the reservation?
Yes, we offer 1 parking slot per apartment for free and it is located inside the resort.
¿Do you have WiFi?
Yes, you can acces with an unlimited number of devices all over the resort.
¿Do I have to bring bedlinen and towels?
No, you don’t have to. When you arrive to your apartment, beds are made up. You will find 6 towel sets. Bear in mind that you can change them for free up to 2 times per week.
¿Do apartments have hairdryer?
No, but if you ask for it in reception we can lend you one.
When are the pools open?
The pools are open and ready for swimming all year round. However, the official opening season is from 21 June to 12 September.
During this period, due to its surface and depth, the large pool is guarded by a lifeguard from 11:00 to 15:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. Bathing is permitted outside this period and time but will ALWAYS be UNDER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY (and in the case of minors their parents or guardians).
