Lower energy consumption

We use LED bulbs that provide efficiency, sustainability, economic and energy savings. They contain no mercury and last 10 times longer.
Our appliances are A++ certified, allowing you to reduce your energy consumption by up to 80%.

We monitor water consumption on a daily basis, which allows us to detect possible leaks and to maintain a moderate consumption. In addition, we keep the pools full all year round.
Most flats are equipped with dual-flush systems that can reduce water consumption by up to 50%.

Cardboard paper

We have replaced plastic with cardboard in our cleaning kits, as cardboard is biodegradable and helps to reduce our environmental impact.
