NAUTICAL ACTIVITIES
- Boat trips in the Sierra de Irta nature reserve
The Sierra de Irta was declared a Natural Park and Marine Nature Reserve in 2002. It is formed by a mountain range parallel to the coast along 15 km. practically unaltered in which we can find cliffs, beaches, coves. The vegetation is typically Mediterranean. It is the only coastal area of the Mediterranean that is not built on. We take you by boat through the Marine Reserve of Irta, you will enjoy the views of the Sierra de Irta and the sea can snorkel, swim etc.
- Visit to the Columbretes Islands
The archipelago of volcanic origin of the COLUMBRETES ISLANDS is made up of four small islands: La Grossa, La Ferrera, La Foradada and El Carallot. It has been a Natural Park since 1988 and a Marine Reserve since 1994, around 4,400 hectares protected by the Ministry of Rural and Marine Affairs. They are located 27 nautical miles from Peñiscola, Castellón.
- Baptisms of diving
Diving baptisms allow the most intrigued by the underwater world to have a first contact with the handling of the equipment, and “feel” what it is like to be able to “float” but underwater.
- Sailing Baptisms
The Sailing Baptisms will all start from the Benicarló Marina, with the boat making a coastal circuit that will take us to the Sierra de Irta, but not before enjoying the wonderful views of Peñíscola’s northern beach, and the majestic island that makes up Peñíscola, crowned with its Papa Luna Castle.
