NAUTICAL ACTIVITIES
- Boat trips in the natural reserve of the Irta mountain range
The Sierra de Irta was declared a Natural Park and Marine Natural Reserve in 2002. It is formed by a mountain range parallel to the coast along 15 km. practically unaltered in which we can find cliffs, beaches, coves. The vegetation is typically Mediterranean. It is the only coastal area of the Mediterranean that remains unbuilt. We take you by boat through the Irta Marine Reserve, you will enjoy the views of the Sierra de Irta and the sea can snorkel, swim etc.
- Visit to the Columbretes Islands
The archipelago of volcanic origin of the COLUMBRETES ISLANDS is made up of 4 small islets: La Grossa, La Ferrera, La Foradada and El Carallot. It is a Natural Park since 1988 and Marine Reserve since 1994 around 4400 hectares protected by the Ministry of Rural and Marine. They are located 27 nautical miles from Peñiscola, Castellón.
- Scuba diving baptisms
The baptisms of Diving allow that the most intrigued by the submarine world can have a first contact with the handling of the equipment, and “feel” what is the sensation of being able to “float” but under the water.
- Sailing Baptisms
The baptisms of Candle will have all the exit from the Sport Port of Benicarló, realizing the sailboat a coastal circuit that will take us up to the Mountain range of Irta, not before enjoying the wonderful panoramic views of the North beach of Peñíscola, and of the majestic island that conforms Peñíscola, crowned with its Castle of the Pope Moon.
